DZIF Data & Tools-Hub

The DZIF Data & Tools Hub consolidates and presents DZIF research resources to make them accessible primarily to DZIF-associated scientists. It is designed as a "one-stop-shop" and serves as a central repository for various resources such as software tools, work instructions, overview of studies & registries, various databases or bioinformatics tools (e.g. APPs).
It thus promotes collaboration and access to the resources established in DZIF and reduces duplication of work.
To easily find and use the resources stored here, you have the option of using various search queries via the filter criteria below.

In order to be able to use the DZIF Data & Tools Hub to its full extent (e.g., visibility and download option of resources), login via the Single Sign-On (SSO) is necessary and only intended for DZIF members.

To register new resources for provision in the DZIF Data & Tools Hub, please fill out the Recource reporting form (dzif.de) .

Studies/ Registers




Under Studies/ Registers you will find resources developed for specific use cases and which are already established, they are stored in the Data & Tools Hub and are intended to show you how we have answered specific topic-related questions. Among them are e.g. analysis tools, work instructions for multi-center studies, sample texts (ethics) or epidemiological APPs.

Databases




The search item Catalogues / Databases will take you to our information resources, such as the DZIF-ZBR (Central Biospecimen Register) as an overview tool for biospecimen collections at the DZIF, Enterobase, a bacteriological genome database or BacDive, a worldwide information collection for bacterial phenotypes. You can directly access the respective services, forms and contact persons here.
