Description
In computational biology, there is a lack of scientific consensus on the optimal design of deep learning architectures, resulting in expert-guided designs. With GenomeNet, we designed a novel deep learning architecture based on model-based optimization techniques. Under genomenet.de we publish pre-trained models that are ready to use for researchers.
